The Utah Health Data Committee is pleased to present the 2012 Consumer Satisfaction Report of Utah Health Plans. This report describes how satisfied each health plan’s own members are with the care they are receiving. These data come from an annual survey entitled the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Health Plan Survey. The purpose of the report is to give consumers and purchasers information they can use to make an informed decision when selecting a health plan.
